The Jamaica Diaspora Foundation was established by Dr. Rupert Francis with a visionary goal: to provide impactful and sustainable support to local communities across Jamaica. Dr. Francis, deeply connected to his roots and inspired by the strength and resilience of the Jamaican people, envisioned an organization that bridges the gap between the Jamaican diaspora and those at home. By leveraging the resources, skills, and connections of Jamaicans worldwide, the Foundation aims to create meaningful change in areas such as agricultural sustainability, water access, renewable energy, and disaster preparedness.Since its inception, the Jamaica Diaspora Foundation has been dedicated to empowering communities, fostering sustainable development, and ensuring that the collective efforts of Jamaicans everywhere contribute to a brighter and more resilient future for the island.
